Domestic Shipping

For customers within [Your Country], we partner with reliable couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and swiftly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your home.

International Shipping & Customer-Nominated Logistics

We are delighted to welcome customers from across the globe. To offer maximum flexibility for our overseas clients, we operate on a Customer-Nominated Logistics basis for international orders.

  • Your Choice of Carrier: During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method. If you have a specific account with a courier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services) or a freight forwarder, you are welcome to arrange the collection using your own credentials.

  • Handover Process: Once your order is packed with care, we will hand the goods directly over to the logistics provider you have specified. At this point, the responsibility for the shipment (risk and title) transfers to the carrier you have selected.

  • Tracking: After the handover, any tracking updates or delivery inquiries must be directed to the courier you have chosen.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Domestic: Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

  • International: Since you are selecting your own courier, the shipping cost and delivery time will be determined by the rates and schedule of your chosen provider.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that for international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, as we only handle the delivery up to the point of handover to your nominated carrier. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take the utmost care in packaging your items to protect them during transit:

  • For Domestic Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

  • For International Orders: As the goods are handed over to your nominated logistics provider, any claims for loss or damage during transit must be filed directly with the carrier you selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched (or handed over to your nominated carrier), you will receive a confirmation email. If you have arranged your own courier, please ensure you provide us with the correct collection details to avoid any delays.
